Signing In
Everything in this guide starts after you are signed in. This page covers the sign-in screen and the settings each workstation holds.
Section titled “Sign in”- Open the app in Chrome or Edge on a desktop
- Enter the Tenant Code, the code of your company, such as
ACME-WH - Enter your Username, in lowercase
- Enter your Password
- Click Sign in
All three fields are required. The tenant code decides which company’s data you reach, so a correct username with the wrong tenant code is refused.
If the app says the credentials are invalid, check the tenant code first. It is the field people get wrong, because the other two are the ones they type every day.
Your administrator creates the account and sets the password. There is no self-service sign-up, and there is no password reset screen. See Users and Roles.
To sign out, open the menu at the bottom of the sidebar and click Log out.
Set up this workstation
Section titled “Set up this workstation”Open Settings from the sidebar. These settings belong to this browser on this machine, not to your account, so each workstation is set up once.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Appearance | The light or dark theme |
| Language | English or Bahasa Indonesia |
| RFID Reader | The reader every scan in the app uses |
| RFID Printer | The tag printer this workstation prints to. See RFID Printer Setup. |
Choose an RFID reader
Section titled “Choose an RFID reader”The reader you pick here serves every scan in the app: receiving, reserving, transferring, and counting.
Two kinds are supported.
A USB reader plugs into the machine. Click Connect USB reader and pick it from the browser prompt.
A Bluetooth handheld gun pairs once. Click Pair Bluetooth device, choose the gun, then click Connect. Unpair the gun from the operating system first, because the browser cannot claim a gun the system already holds. Forget device removes a gun you no longer use.
The list marks each reader Connected, Paired, or Not detected. Readers need Chrome or Edge on a desktop. No reader works in another browser, and none works on a phone.
When no reader is available, the scanning screens let you type the code by hand instead.
When a page refuses you
Section titled “When a page refuses you”A screen your role cannot open shows Access denied, with a link back to the dashboard. That is a permission, not a fault. Ask your administrator which features your role holds. See Access.
A screen your role cannot open is also missing from the sidebar, so most people never reach this page. See Navigating the App.
